Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $75 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are tenant responsibility. There is a $30 per month water cap inlcuded in rent. Tenant responsible for all overages. Ask your leasing representative for more information prior to submitting the application.
