University Overlook is located just across the street from the Holmes Convocation Center at ASU and has an AppalCART stop nearby. This complex has two floor plans, each studio apartments, The Dogwood and The Laurel. The Laurel is an interior unit with a little more square footage so that you can maximize your living space, and The Dogwood is a corner unit with additional windows to allow in ample sunlight!

All units have granite counters, luxury vinyl plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, and a ceiling fan in the living/bedroom.

The Dogwood rents for $1300 per month and The Laurel rents for $1310 per month. The security deposit is typically the same as the rental amount. The administrative fee is $75 per person. The rental price includes wi-fi, on-site trash dumpster, and a monthly utility allowance of $80 for water and electricity. Parking at this complex is limited, and spots are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Parking is an additional $60 per month. There is no guest parking available, and these units are NOT pet-friendly.
