Ceiling fans, light hardwood floors, spacious closets, and plenty of windows with natural light make these units perfect for students and professionals alike! This complex features both 2 and 3 bedroom floorplans for your choosing.

Highland Woods II rents on individual leases. Security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent, with a $75 administrative fee per tenant. The rental price includes wi-fi, on-site trash dumpster and recycling, and a monthly utility allowance of $70 for water and electricity. Free parking for tenants is available at this complex, with limited guest parking. Additionally, this complex is pet friendly for 1 pet per bedroom, so bring your furry friends along! There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. A limit of 1 dog per unit with size and breed restrictions may apply, so make sure to ask your leasing representative before applying.
